Yes I do a variety of corporate creative workshops, from modern calligraphy to brush calligraphy, festive ceramic bauble painting & sketch journalling. The studio is an online shop not a bricks & mortar retail store, however I have had many people get in touch to arrange to collect an order as they are also based in Cambridge, or have emailed me about a specific item they would like to see. If you email me with your query I can always arrange a time to see you.
The studio is closed on weekends and over bank holidays.

Your order will generally take between 2-3 working days to make & dispatch.
For express orders, these will be dispatched the next working day after you have ordered it.
For UK orders it will be sent via Royal Mail, greeting cards will be sent first class, all other 'large letter & small package' items will be be sent with a tracked service.
There will be times of year (eg. Christmas) when there is more demand for deliveries and so the '24hr tracked' can take a few extra days.
This is now done on a case-by-case basis due to changes to shipping tariffs, please get in touch with details of the product you want & your location & I can check to see if it can be done, please note there will most likely be import fees for you to pay to receive your item.
If your item is personalised, this makes it non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If your item is faulty, please email me with product & packaging images (in the case of if the item was damaged in transit) along with your order number and we’ll I'll happy to assist you further.
For non-personalised items, they can be returned for a full refund if unused and returned in its original condition within 30 days.
